I’ve got a special treat for you this week–a giveaway!
I’ve got a signed, personalized copy of Sara J. Henry’s brand-new book, Learning to Swim available for one of you lucky people.
This is her debut book and it’s garnering rave reviews–not just from me. Check out her page on Amazon.
Learning to Swim tells the story of Troy Chance who thinks she sees somebody throwing a bag of garbage over the rail on a ferry … and then realizes the bag has a face. Even though she’s not a strong swimmer, she doesn’t even think about it, but dives in to rescue the little boy. What follows next is her search to discover who he is and why there are no frantic parents looking calling search and rescue for their lost child. Worrying about how the boy, Paul, ended up falling–or being thrown?–from the ferry, she starts quietly searching herself to find out where he came from.
This is a page-turner of a book and an excellent debut. (Even better, it’s the first in a series, so I look forward to learning more about Troy and Paul and the rest of the characters later on.)
How good is this book? Click here to read the first chapter.

Sounds like an interesting piece. I was just commenting to someone the other day about how I’ve found some great books to read the last few years through Twitter and Facebook stuff, that I never would have come across otherwise.
