So … any Reading Resolutions? Say, specific books you plan to read? A plan to read more ____? Anything at all?

    I’ll definitely try to read as much as I can but this year, I’m trying to get more Mums and Dads in my country, Malaysia, to read with their kids.

    Here’s the Read-A-Book-A-Month Challenge I created.

    Hope I’ll have some supported in this tough task!

    (Seriously and shockingly, Malaysians only read an average of 2 non-textbooks a year)

    Hi Deb, Happy New Year!

    One of my resolutions would be to read more books this year and also to finish reading all my ARCs.

    As for specific books, yes there are a few of them. I’d like to read Breaking Dawn, a book which I feel like everyone else has already read them but me.

    I’m also looking forward to reading The Gift by Cecelia Ahern. Before this, I read two other books by her: PS, I Love You and Where Rainbows End. Both were great reads and I recommend them to those who enjoy heart and soul kind of stories.

    Oh, the most important part of all is to make more time for reading this year! 🙂

    For the third year i entered the ABC challenge, in which you read books by authors whose name begins with every letter of the alphabet (not so easy to find X !) and i’m trying to read fom authors of different nationalities.
    In 4 months, i’ve already read books by authors from 16 different countries, including Sudan and Iran , and i’m already through 24 letters out of 26 !
    i also wanted to read more non fiction… but didn’t do much on that field yet !
