Favorite?

Do you have a favorite book? What do you say when people ask you? (This question always flummoxes me because how can you pick just one, so I’m eager to hear what you folks have to say.)

And, has your favorite book changed over the years??

Don’t forget to leave a link to your actual response (so people don’t have to go searching for it) in the comments—or if you prefer, leave your answers in the comments themselves!

  1. I always resort to ‘The Outsiders’ when asked about my favorite book. No matter my stage of life, I still love that book. At a given time, I might have another favorite as well, but that one stays constant.

  2. I think this is a great question because I haven’t thought much about my favourite books in awhile. I just compiled a list on my blog. Check it out here: Books Love Me

  7. I don’t have just one favourite! I listed some of them here.

  8. I hate that question. It has changed over the years, by mood, by my current interests/time frame for reading….
Much easier question: what is your LEAST favorite book: Billy Budd

  9. My favorites pretty much remain the same after I have discovered the three books I mentioned in my post.

  10. I kept it brief and went to specific categories. Check it out!
