  1. I loved ‘Running With Scissors’ by Augusten Burroughs.
I really enjoy his style of writing. Humourous but somehow sad at the same time… a lot like life!
I saw Augusten at a book signing and he is SUPER nice and such a unique spirit. Love him, love him, love him.
He has several books out there… including Dry, Magical Thinking, Sellevision…
If you haven’t read anything of his yet… I highly recommend you start with Running With Scissors.
I don’t have a review of it up on my blog yet… but I do have lots of other book reviews, if you do want to check them out:

  4. Just finished “Tell the Wolves I’m Home” by Carol Rifka Brunt and loved it.

  5. The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh was very special

  6. Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz! Loved that book so much ❤

  7. I’ve not had time to read a lot yet in April, but back in March I read at least three that I found worthy of good reviews: The Year After by Martin Davies, The Secret Keeper by Kate Morton and The Camera Fiend by E.W. Hornung.
