Barbara wants to know:

What books did you get for Christmas (or whichever holiday you may have celebrated last month)?

Do you usually ask for books on gift-giving occasions or do you prefer to buy them yourself?

Don’t forget to leave a link to your actual response (so people don’t have to go searching for it) in the comments—or if you prefer, leave your answers in the comments themselves!

  3. I didn’t get any books, but I did get a gift certificate to my favorite, local, independent book store. I will save it for a special day and spend when I can take my time perusing the books and enjoying lunch at a downtown cafe.

  4. No, I didn’t get any gift books:

  5. I posted my books last week under a different header, so I don’t want to re-type them all over again, but the posting is at The Crowded Leaf.

Can’t wait to see what everyone got!
