Authors Talking

Suggested by Barbara H.:

A comment on someone else’s BTT question this week inspired this question:

Do you read any author’s blogs? If so, are you looking for information on their next project? On the author personally? Something else?

Don’t forget to leave a link to your actual response (so people don’t have to go searching for it) in the comments—or if you prefer, leave your answers in the comments themselves!

  1. Here’s mine!

Actually, I like Meg Waite Clayton’s blog, as well as Elizabeth Emerson Hancock’s blog. I don’t know if I’m interested in an author talking about themselves and their work ad nauseum, so their blog has to be about other stuff. I can find out what they’re up to in other ways separate from their blog. KWIM?

  2. I look for the same things in an author’s blog as I look for in every other blog!

  7. The past two weeks of BTT I Have not been able to write a post simply because of the subject matter. May I suggest that in future weeks that you make the questions more broad so that more people may be able to answer them, regardless of how much reading they have done?

  9. Well, my answer is no, and you can read why here.

  16. Great Question!

    My post is
    HERE.

In thinking about this question, it made me wonder: how does everyone balance their time between reading, reviewing, blogging, reading other blogs/commenting and their own life outside of the bloggin world?

Has this been discussed before in BTT or would it be an interesting question to talk about?
